Connecting District Employees Together
To strengthen the conservation programs of the northeast.
To promote the professional development of Conservation Districts and their employees.
To provide an avenue to publicly recognize outstanding District employees and District Supervisors/Leaders through the annual awards program.
To assist any agency, association, organization, municipality, group, or individual who supports the Conservation Districts of the Northeast Region in the spirit of cooperation, sound conservation practices, and proper land use.
Yearly Activities
NACDE offers annual awards, provides stipends for employees to attend the NACD Northeast Regional Meeting, holds a fun conservation-focused tour at each NACD Northeast Regional Meeting, and provides a forum for conservation district employees across the northeast to meet, share ideas, and form partnerships and friendships.
